Ms. Torres understood the assignment. I'm new to this area and was looking for a beautician to help me keep my hair healthy. I found Ms. Torres. She's friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and very welcoming. My hair was a mess and with the services she provided(relaxer, shampoo, conditioning, rinse, haircut and style) I can already see improvements and know I will be back. She listened and executed. Torres is an amazing beautician/stylist with an amazing spirit. She's the stylist who you can show a picture and she makes that style fit your features. While she's creating your new look, she educates you on maintenance of the style and ongoing treatments. Torres makes you feel really comfortable in her chair and she's entertaining. I had my second appointment on Friday and my hair is healthier than it was a month ago.

This was my first time at styles by Torres. I Went in today to get my hair relaxed. Ms Torres was super sweet and inviting. She did such an incredible job, she straightened and also trimmed my hair. This studio was clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back for my future appointments.

She is beyond amazing, especially when communicating and my hair had me feeling flawless. Definitely going back, she's my new hair stylist
